Buying Images and Licenses
If you Buy images, you do so on the following terms:
you cannot cancel a purchase of an Image once the download has taken place.
Rat Art does not give any undertaking as to the continued availability of Images offered for sale on the Site;
the Image may not be re-sold or otherwise transferred by the Buyer to any third party; and
payment of the fee will be made at the time of download.
All Images are sold with a Limited license
Purchase of the Limited License grants you, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to make use of and display the image in a Single web site or Single print project. A maximum of 150 copies incorporating the image may be made.
You DO NOT have the right to:
Redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer free downloads of the Image in its present form or in a modified form to any third party.
Use Image in the development of web applications, web templates or software programs. Providing this Image to customers will be considered redistribution and is not permitted.
Share Image on shared drives, internet, or computer networks.
Display the Image in such a way as to suggest that the product was created by you.
Use any Image as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo.
