I have lived in Colorado all my life except for one year spent in L.A. I live north of Denver now. I love everything about cars and motorcycles, and after high school I worked as a mechanic for several years before I went back to school to eventually go to medical school and I am now working as an ER doc. I wanted to take my airbrushing further and learn more about different types of paint and different surfaces to paint on. I called Mel at Rat Art Studios and started taking classes, and that has made a giant impact on my airbrushing ability. Mel has taught me how to control the airbrush and make it do what I have wanted it to do for many years. I really enjoy painting portraits now, and I am interested in painting on all kinds of surfaces, but especially on t-shirts, clothing, and metal. I have painted shirts for my family and myself for concerts which provides a unique one of a kind concert shirt.
